ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I am a passionate and motivated artist finding inspiration all around our beautiful continent in a travel trailer. I strive to challenge myself within my work, expand my skillset and find new opportunities to grow within our art community. With every creation I begin with an inspiration image for the encaustic and incorporate it within the base work or I paint the mood of the image for more abstract interpretations. Either way, it is a wonderful pleasure to find new ways to work with the medium.
